At Ross & Company Interiors we believe that a successful project comes from a collaborative effort. Meet the team

Charyle Ross

Principal & Owner

Charyle is our fun-loving force and founder with over 20 years in the interior design industry specializing in multi-family projects, working with renowned developers all over Greater Vancouver. Her sense of style and keen eye for design drives her to be the primary project lead and creative director overseeing all projects. Her attention to detail and company structure allows for all projects to run smoothly and efficiently even under the tightest deadlines. She has a passion for many things including travel, food and wine but her two teenage boys are her pride and joy.

Salina Chatha

CAD Technician/Interior Designer/Social Media Manager

Salina is Ross & Company’s proverbial “triple threat”, Interior Designer, AutoCad Tech and Social Media Manager. Salina brings a multi creative and talented spirit to our team assisting throughout the entire design development process. She not only takes care of all our trending Instagram hashtags but she manages our ID drawings and handles all the important details. Salina brings a quiet calm to the office but don’t underestimate the subdued demeanour, she has a fierce side too and brings it out in her passion and keen eye for interior design. On top of the many professional hats she wears, Salina loves jewelry-making, photography, and baking.

Nicole Martin

Interior Designer/Administrator

Nicole is the most resourceful person you’ll ever meet. Nicole is an interior designer by trade but is known to be the ultimate jack of all trades from working in sales, fashion to landscaping. Nicole is our official LEED coordinator, taking care of all the logistics required, as well as managing the marketing boards and our specification library. She is our free-spirited perfectionist and brings a wealth of knowledge, organization, and expertise to our team. You can find her cooking amazing meals for her family while shamelessly listening to pop music.

Sandi Pinkerton

Administrator/Bookkeeper

Sandi is our highly efficient bookkeeper expert that gets down to business. Sandi brings over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting and takes care of the majority of our administration and all the important numbers. When she’s not balancing the books, you can find her running or enjoying a good cup of coffee.

Don Brandolini

Senior CAD Technician

Don A.K.A. Big Daddy Don, is our long respected senior CAD technician who has been with the company for over 12 years. Don has worked on multifamily drawing packages since the beginning of time and is our very much trusted expert when it comes to all the drawing details required. He has the patience and is thorough with our drawing packages and always has time for a friendly chat.
